We keep this simple: the site uses only what it needs to work, plus optional, privacy-friendly analytics that you control.
To sign you in and keep your place in a design, we store a small amount of data in your browser. This is always on because the site cannot work without it, and it is never used for advertising. We also record a small consent cookie that holds only your choice and the version of this policy — nothing that identifies you.
To keep the service reliable we count operational signals such as errors, service health, and our own generation cost. This is essential processing: it carries no personal details and is never used to profile you.
If you accept, we use EU-hosted analytics (PostHog) to understand which parts of the atelier are helpful. Nothing analytics-related runs until you accept — on your device or on our servers — and choosing “Essential only” keeps it off entirely. These analytics are aggregate: they never include your email, phone, or the id of your sketchbook.
